BP is setting up a service next month to connect members and advisors and that should be very beneficial to members looking for professional advice.  

You can always set a key word alert for the locations you're looking at for properties so as people post deals or general posts about them you get updated.

I dont see much of the SF penninsula being a target for landlords these days especially with SFRs  MF sure plex's sure.. but SFR are so expensive I really wonder how many folks buy those with the intentions of renting them.

So if you someone that's totally new, your target for LP investor is the newbie too that doesn't have much experience in this type of investment.

For credit score requirements, Washington state law discourages setting minimum scores unless a "business necessity" is demonstrated.

When you start a business, and as you begin to realize people are not beating down the door to engage with you, a certain real pragmatism sets in.

Hi Eric,It does look to be RM-1 and the rental license does say it's 3 units so I think I'm set, but how do you personally confirm sqft?

But no set communication expectations.

That program is set up for primary homes but only 5% down and you can rent out the other units.
