I'm in communication with a property owner in Oregon who is trying to remove some squatters from their property and they don't know how to do so.

I have read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and I am currently reading/listening to "The audiobook on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner.

If you have to wait 5 years to pay off your debt I would say start investing but 13 months won’t make you or break you in the long run.Remember real estate is not a get rich quick scheme but a get wealthy over a long time scheme.

I started educating myself; Rich Dad Poor Dad, Long Distance Real Estate Investing, …. and many more.

After awhile I felt like I was being brained washed by these promoters of classes on"GETTING RICH IN REAL ESTATE"!
