I'm checking to see if we're able to get a loan on a manufactured home, but generally I would look to get into a syndication (tax advantages, etc.) or private capital fund (10-15%) which is where I'm seeing we may be leaving quite a bit on the table.

Very nice, very respectful and overall super pleasant and appreciative...BUT...they checked in and wondered if I had a wall clock, they needed a reading light, wondered about a 6' extension cord or if I could get them one, were there more hangers etc.

I then check to see if there are any local laws that limit the number of STR rentals in the municipality.

I wonder how can i find place and house to check for mu budget, criteria ect..

Same with checks and cash.I checked out some of the above mentioned apps and they definitely did not fit my need or were expensive compared to the competition.
