The statistics in both Canada and the U.S.A. over the last couple of decades indicate the opposite: in situations of separation/divorce and child custody it is more common for the man to leverage the fiscal imbalance between his income and the woman's to prolong proceedings and force financial hardship on his ex-partner and their children or, for the man to simply be a deadbeat and abandon his children.My wife carries out research in this area, much of the domestic violence, police and court statistics paint a very dour portrait of the behaviour of men.

They had to use a crane to pull it back.The police came, collected evidence and I hope her insurance will pay for the car damage of the other tenant.I served them immediately with 3 day notice.

Make sure you get a lawyer whose expertise is in eviction because I am pretty sure that is what you are going to have to do.For the house arrest I would check with the local police, is that even a real thing?
