This went a little over board but I guess I had a lot to say and finally found a platform to do so.

I would love to connect with any and all real estate investors on the BP platform.

I also enjoyed it when I found an  old Blaze line  it harkens back the day of rip saws 30 feet long and loggers standing on platforms 20 feet up from the ground cutting down a tree that is 20 foot in diameter and 200 feet tall.. :)  then hauling them to a river or in those days they built little railroads all through the mountains to haul out the logs.. those old right ways are still all over the place in the northwest LONG abandoned but still there in the deeds.. .  

I would be the primary person on the CC and he would be an Authorized user (which i can remove at any time)I wanted to reach out to everyone on the BP platform since I know that this may take creative thinking.

Use the many different rental platforms to do market research on what rents go for. 

I feel this is a great platform and opportunity to [somewhat] establish myself and discuss my initial goals.

Does anyone know of an existing CRM tool that has tax deed auction sites integrated within their platform.

Hi All,I’m looking into platforms that provide property and ownership level information.

They say that they do this all the time and never have issues.I know that many people will not want to say anything about this here, but i also thing that this is a platform where people can be honest about what they "Suggest" regardless of the stories written in the books.
