As for the Than Merrill's free class, i attended the last year free class here i daytona myself, but that free class is just an introduction and then, you have to paid to attend the real big class in orlando, and i must say that the big class in orlando is good and informative three days conference.

Then they either sell the property or rent it out to keep cash lowing.Is there any other way to scale doign what I've been doing or is the above paragraph really the only way to do it (other than waiting 7+ years to pay the property down and then have it fill up your accounts with a renting paid off house.?

I've been lurking on the site for a few weeks now and I've started thinking that it's about time I start getting involved in the community so here's my introduction.
