You can Google "People Search" and find lots of companies that do it.

You can get the same info on pre-forclosures from your local news paper and I found more REOs in my area with local agents and searching on google....for FREE.Jere

I emailed them a PDF from Google maps showing the properties were 0.4 miles away, and suggested they drive from one house to the other.

This is a great site and community and you will learn a ton here.be sure to check out your local REI Clubs as well.

I thought there would be some potential problems doing this though; for instance, if someone was to google the property, they would find different contact information as well as better terms/price.

Iv'e learned more here in the past couple of months then I have in the past 2 years, hit me up on the cell, I think we should both take Ryans advice and check out a few clubs, gotta get you and the family over to the house also soon for some food and :beer: , call me.
