Hello everyone it only took 3 weeks to find this place. It was hard to sort through all the site that are just trying to selling you a course.

My goal is to invest in Multifamily housing with cash flow in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Have been looking for a good study course that focuses on Apartments, seems David lindahl might be the one. Now to get over the sticker shock of these courses? The price for course seems to be different from site to site for the same items?

Also whats a good resource to find caprates for a given area?

thanks agian,
