Basically I am asking for information that I should know of the area before I head down next week I have been looking at houses on zillow and what not and I google map them but that's as far of a research I can do.

I have been vigorously searching the internet, specifically google and my county's courthouse website for these lists, again with no luck at all.

I then used my county's property information search tool to find the taxpayer for the property and did a google search of their name which returned a recent obituary.

I am newer to investing and when I googled the best place to find REO's, a lot of ads came up for companies like Costar and Auction.com.

I did google search and can't find any mention of this and that makes me think I am missing something that makes this a bad decision.

I googled this and found that they multiply x .80 of the fair market value then subtract repairs and realtor fees, etc.
