I'm also a fan of using the property address as a URL and posting a bunch of pics to the website--not limited by the MLS that way.It's a pet peeve of mine when people only put up 1-4 pics of their flip.

I have come across a potential investment with a legal basement 1 bedroom apartment, these are fairly common in the area and I'm not a big fan since every 5 years or so there seems to be some type of water event and I can't think of a crappier situation then a tenant's unit knee high in raw sewage or water.

I agree, have the unit checked out, moisture is somehow not venting out properly, A/C units, bath fans, vents or maybe you just need to add extra vents so the moisture can escape faster. the air needs to circulate and whatever is causing the issue, it's is close to the area where the mold is appearing,You handled the situation correctly the first time, I'd check with the company that did the work prior and see what their take is.
