Framing/Drywall/Trim

Usually:

roof/foundation

doors windows trim

Tile

plumbing/heating/elec/fans/vents while everything is exposed.

hang and finish sheet rock

Vanity/sinks

Toilet/tub

Paint ceilings and walls.

Then light fixtures/cabinets/flooring/appliances

Finishing touches.
