You'll have to ask around for hard costs and fees, but most land brokers in your area should have some guidance on this for sites that they've sold recently.

Hello Everyone,I have questions with mortgage brokers. 

We're new investors, and I've been hearing about all of the benefits of getting my real estate license (mainly MLS access and the ability to make "investor-friendly" offers without annoying agents too much).Here's my question:If I do get my license, would I "need" to start working with a broker or company in order to gain access to the MLS?

I just took my broker classes through them and they boast a high pass rate than the state average.

While colleges are a great economic driver for a given area (and therefore a good considerations), too often, new storage investors think that students are a great customer...and they are but only from May to August so basing a year round business solely on a seasonal customer can get you in trouble.  

I’ve looked at roughly 500 deals and have different brokers in different markets that I’m working with.

Do you have any recommended companies you have had good experience with that also provide great customer service?

When I moved to my new home last February, there were some things that got dinged, including the custom built spiral staircase.The moving company repaired the things they could and send a contractor for the rest.I'd just ask them how they intend to make it right.
