With contracts or other documents you can have copyright issues, the contract may be owned by the author and they may use the contract to facilitate a sale which they oversee.

Without cooperation from someone in authority regarding the estate, a short sale can't be done.  

Their system takes the money from the tenants bank account after they singup and authorize it the very first time and puts the money in your account.

Point being, there are all sorts of different local requirements that may be more or less restrictive than the HUD guidelines.Personally, I'd consider putting an anonymous bug in the ear of the local housing authority . . . that 's just blatantly wrong.

So I'm trying to rent out a place right now, but the applicant is a senior citizen and doesn't have Internet, doesn't have cell phone, and I'm pretty sure doesn't know how to use a computer.Sites like MyRental.com and SmartMove.com all require the tenant to authorize their credit check by email.In my situation, what do I do?
