Yes, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, LAX, Rams, Beaches, Expensive Shopping, etc., are all too close with traffic nightmares.

Let's be honest - whoever you call likely spent more time around the coffee machine this morning than they will spend with you on the phone ;) Be honest, be upfront and I don't think anyone will see you as screwing them over.

My father owns number of small shops which are all rented out and generating a good rental return .

I am aware of some legitimate shops that do charge upfront fees but I would be HIGHLY skeptical and spend time on due diligence before paying anything.
