No matter where you get it from, if the assignment is not promulgated by your local Real Estate Authority (in my case TREC, Texas Real Estate Commission) get it looked over by an attorney you trust.

It s my personal opinion"...I used to work for a Federal Contractor... their contracts are wordy, but don't scare me...I am a Brokerage that is now a HUD authorized Brokerage and can bid on any HUD property.As such, ALL of our agents are investors and bid on properties, all the time.
