Hello bigger pockets, Currently I live in England and will go to college here.However I would love to move to America and house hack, ideally a four plex.I heard you are allowed to count time in college as time working when qualifying for a loan and I wanted to know if that still applies if the college is not American.Secondly I would like to know if non Americans can even qualify for FHA loans.

Additionally, if you need financing and plan to work with American institutions, I recommend looking into the residency/citizenship requirements.
