Also just witnessed several bidding wars on SFR that went 50k above the asking.

If your dad is OK w/ it, have him contact the relo company to request approval to list with you (I'm assuming your parents live in the Charlotte area?)

Ask your self what deals made sense that you witnessed.

If he/she can't accept you wholesaling, and you're committed to it, then perhaps you might want to consider switching to a broker which is OK w/ it.
