Give it a few more weeks...

I'm in your market (4 Corners) and we've got Thanksgiving & the Christmas/New Years weeks booked but a big gap in between them, whereas we're usually filled up from the beginning of November on.

I got a call earlier this week from a customer I installed a deck for back in 2002 .

The ones I manage total to 20 bedrooms.These rooms rent for between $125 to $225 per week depending on room size and amenities in the room (beyond basic amenities may include: Desk, Tv, private entry, tenant controlled AC, additional storage).This month after padsplit takes their 14.25% cut of the revenue I am recieving, from the units I own, $15,230 from 3 homes.

It will be delivered vacant, unfortunately I missed the clause in the contract where it says the sellers can live in the property for up to a week after closing so there will be a bit of an unexpected delay there.  

Sometimes you have to step back, really think about your long term and short term goals, stick to a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly plan.

It is easier for me because I have basically the opposite of ADHD, but putting everything on Google Calendar and blocking out what you want to do each week usually starts to work wonders if someone sticks to it.

They take weeks reviewing things and won't call you or tell you when they have reviewed things so you are constantly calling and then waiting for them to find your file.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back.
