Rarely does a fund manager who studies every facet of the market beat the bell weather indexes so why would any one beleive that you will. eduacation, control and balls to take calculated risks is how you become wealthy. nuff said. good luck

Then, as in the case with my company, we offer a Zero Down program where you put nothing down, and you can save your cash for other investments, or to sock into the mattress for a rainy day.While many people might disagree with me, I come from the school that the real wealth is created off the tenants paying off your asset and the long term equity that a home provides, any cash flow is just much loved icing on the cake, and just makes it that much more attractive!

Wealthy people know their time is better spent making money doing what they know and hiring professionals for everything else.

I actually made my first offer today in the neighboring city due to the fact that there is a trend of wealthy people migrating towards the east which is increasing development and property value in that area.

While real estate can be a path to making some money ("substantial wealth" is likely a stretch for most investors) losing money is a VERY real prospect. 

Not being wealthy by any stretch and without much start-up capital, how realistically is it to start with little or no money..
