Ours are always a heavy layer of lathe & plaster, then a layer of plywood on 1x3 nailing strips held up with 3inch nails, then another layer of old '70'd drywall.

If you have scale with residential hundreds to thousands of units they usually you can build in layers of people and scale to have them handle the day to day grind of constant issues from tenants.I just would not want to have to choose my choice of giving up my soul and humanity for the almighty dollar.

They work on our flips and they also handle the day to day maintenance issues that come up in the PM business.None of this stuff I mentioned is really unique at all, but are all vital for us to keep growing.
