City Wide property mgt is who I deal with and honestly when I ask for real numbers and updates I get a lot of BS run around sales talk speech. 

If these things are not in the lease, you might consider updating it to clarify.

We aren’t aiming for anything top of the line or updated but we need bigger and more bedrooms etc. so our next home we are looking $450kish and not much more. 

This makes me wonder if paying the $29.99 fee might be causing some kind of issue with Zillow’s system.Will update if Zillow can response me.

You can certainly ask the agent who helped you purchase the property for advice too ;)Since you are using a PM to run things, I don't see any need to meet anyone except your PM and the contractor/handyman you plan on using for repairs/updates.
