FHA and 3-4 unit properties don't mix in Oregon, as most don't meet the FHA's self-sufficiency test (75% of rents cover your entire payment).

The way I do this is by using the most state of the art and tested legal tools, strategies and methods that are simple to use, legal and that have been tested for over 20 years.
