My first guest checks in November 1st, and I'm planning to travel to the property next month and start preparations.

They are currently in breach of their lease. 1. 2 unpermitted dogs 2. turned off my external security cameras. 3. owe me 3 late payments of $900 total, although rent is current.They recently apologized for being so rude to me and asked me if I would consider extending their lease for another 3 years. 

Think traveling nurses—they often need a place for 1-3 months and need fully furnished spaces.

What's great abut this is MTR is very tough to get shut down by local municipalities and believe it or not North Jersey attracts a huge verity of people looking for mid term whether its through work, moving or extended traveling.

I quit my job 6 years ago and travel about 80-100 days a year.

I travel 1-2 weeks out of every month so at this property i want i  can have two roommates anyway to help cover the mortgage.

My strength admittedly is on the administrative tasks.For those who are opposite of me, who struggle with the administrative side, would you consider a B2B relationship with a service that takes all of the tasks off of your hands, and if so what would you be willing to pay (% or flat fee).To be clear, what would be offered would be:- Listing on 15+ channels including Marriott Homes and Villas, Abnb, VRBO/, Booking.com, Zillow, coming soon Amex Travel and Hyatt, Jetblue and Allegiant Airlines, and more.- Pricing software w/ live revenue manager- Smart Lock software- 24/7 Guest Communication via platform, voice, text, email.- 24/7 Communication with owner or PM staff for maintenance or cleaning issues.
