They have a pretty aggressive growth trajectory and my feedback was I preferred to work with a company that's not growing so quickly because to me that's a risk factor.

We were hesitant to pursue downtown for several years, but I think the critical mass of new housing and businesses has reached a point that downtown will be on the upward trajectory for the foreseeable future.

I applaud you - and am excited for the trajectory, that once begun, will carry you as far as your heart desires! 

I haven't looked into Freddie Mae yet, but this is a great trajectory for me to start on things. 

But to be frank, CA's trajectory is impossible to replicate as working remote has become more prevalent, companies more “decentralized”, and more people think about not just professions, but also lifestyles these days).Are you able to find trustworthy realtors/PMs or even service providers?

It seems real estate would still be dominated by boomers and Gen X.I already see few markets developing with their own trajectory.

This year I just closed on my first commercial property with a partner and I hope to keep this trajectory going.
