What they don't get is I have those because I made a decision to put my money towards those and didn't do X, Y and Z that they did (eg a fancy vacation every year). 

However, I always have to ask myself what decision do I make today if I am evaluating the consequences 2-5 years from now. 

That said, we understand that insurance details can sometimes be complex or overlooked during the decision-making process.

. —- Again I’m not saying you have to do these things; it all depends what type of investor you are and what you are looking for however it is important to understand that if you shift the responsibility of either identifying the invest property or managing or any other aspect there WILL be a trade off — in this case the turnkey company has delivered on your goal of 8-9% ROI (projected... so TBC) and in return you have traded some of the other benefits of investing in RE for the convenience of not having to do much more than to look over the properties they have sent you and funding it from the comfort of your home, office, etc. ... again if this is the goal then you are on point but if the goal is to also partake in ALL of the other benefits of RE then you should understand that and not be surprised that it’s not a ‘stellar’ investment that checks all the boxes.

Often the owners are active in selling and trading with other arcades and you can slide right in and purchase one they’ve been trying to sell or trade.What games are you looking for?

I did my homework before making a decision.  

I think at some point, I need to make a decision and jump in. 

But given my parenthetical statement, and this shows where perhaps you may have less experience in the STR world, for no valid reason, your preferred platform can make a unilateral, unfounded decision to ban you and there goes your business.Which brings me to my final point.
