Well if I was a long term tenant upstairs, and knew going in to it that the downstairs unit had a long term tenant, and that was going to change to different people coming in and out every week, I would not be thrilled if I was the LTR tenant upstairs.

Probably because I legit LOVE what I do, I really do.Now, a very key point, I'm not a Top-Producer because I specialize in REI and that's extremally unique itself to be one of the legit few, I slay because I have a passion for what I do, I get jacked-up about negotiating DOWN a great buy to make it a ridiculously awesome buy even though it cut's my commissions down, because I'm a sick-twisted addict who can't stop my thrill of the hunt, lol.

Include a due diligence contingency that will allow you to back out for any reason (including just not wanting the property anymore).Keep in mind that your agent may not be thrilled with you doing this, as it makes him/her look bad if you consistently back out of deals, but legally, that's how you deal with the situation.
