Living in Indy, I can tell you that the listings of gang presence are not accurate. 

None of us can successfully forecast the future but smart money is leaning towards the housing market is inflated and even approaching the "bubble" territory.  

I mean, it comes with the territory when you've worked in Real Estate for over 30 years.

The only time it might be useful is when your business has no legal presence in Texas. 

Im a stickler for the rules though for a few reasons....BP gives me a very public presence....Ive served on my boards grievance/ethics committee...and my broker is the chairman of the state real estate commission. 

If you are wholesaling it is imperative you have a strategy behind your online presence.

Further east Sacramento, Reno is not cheap either.Searching for options outside CA (via roofstock) Atlanta - Up & coming, tech presence & University Jacksonville/Orlando - good inflow of millennials, vacation crowd Dallas/San Antonio/Houston - up & coming, tech presence, but high property rates.I need inputs on few points.1.

I also plan to create a way to help Atlanta investors to take advantage of my presence in this Market.
