I email our entire portfolio each year and offer to know what their goals are and how we can get them there.

(This is a blessing IMO.)So I said I understood her decision and would contact her with further instructions.I sent her a move out letter via email the following day with a couple of options for a timeline, info for scheduling a final walk through, etc… now she is ghosting me.
