My only issue is that there seems to be more intangibles involved in the business model (hourly rentals, efficient use of space, different subscription tiers etc), whereas with office suites and ppsq the numbers seem a bit more easy for me to wrap me head around.

I personally pay for another subscription service that allows me to see some more detailed rental comps for an area, but I always like to check Rentometer as well.

It will cost the group approximately $10,000 - $15,000 to have an attorney draft the PPM, Subscription agreement, operating agreement, and any LLC's.Don't let all of this scare you however, it's just a bit time consuming is all, and if you don't plan to lever it (add debt through a bank) you're far better off in the long run in terms of overall costs of funds.Keep us posted and good luck!
