@Matt Rice I'll shoot you an email also, but I've been helping folks from BP as an investor-friendly agent for a while now!  

You just have to clean the ductwork at the joints to get the dust off, then you can wrap it in foil tape, or there is a sticky duct sealer that you basically can paint on.

Its great having you post stuff like this, gives me a great blue print to work off from.This should be a sticky I think.

Then two weeks later I have pest control go back in and bait in the kitchen (or any place else the resident has seen roaches) Also after the spray we put down sticky traps to monitor the activity.  

I'd hate for my employer or a coworker to see something with my name on a post like this and get myself in a sticky situation.
