Door knocking is cheap and so are mailers if you are focused and deliberate in your attack.  

More industry is moving here and so are people for job opportunities or retirement.

Do you think buyers would see them as a potential savings or would they see it as an eye soar that may deter them from buying even with the completed rehab.Thanks in advance for any input!

We are interested in saving money by sourcing our own materials and doing some of the more basic work ourselves, so are interested in working with someone who would be open to that.

Nail salon still there years later paying the rent like clockwork.You have to see as a landlord if tenant is bluffing and has real financial problems and if so are they long term or short term in nature?

@Kam Lolavar I've been researching and working on Oshawa region for the past 6 months.I see the market process 6 have soared in the past 2 months.

If So, are you REQUIRED to take rent from the tenant if it goes to court??
