It is certainly a harsh climate for homes...but this spring, my door is open and my birds nests in my shutters are singing! 

I sing with the Fort Worth Opera, do gigs through a company called Trekorda (if you want to do central and north Texas gigs they are great!)

Well @Peter Davis has been singing this for years, but unfortunately, most of us didn't know him then.

Any agent can do that as long as you sing with the agent,and what you are looking for matches with they can offer.

I rattled places I know 1st hand with experience in but many can sing the same song. 

We love to sing gospel music and go camping.

LOLI would venture to say every successful entrepreneur became successful by ignoring what the competition says and sing his own song.

@Michael Lautherfor an exit strategy have you considered selling your rentals to either the tenants or other owner occupants sing owner financing?  

Most investors I buy out there portfolios at pennies on the dollar due to a default situation, sing the same song; how once upon a time they risked it all and it came out ok, even a few more times sometimes, until it didn't, and ruined them.
