Hello

I am interested in real estate investing In Baltimore. Looking for real estate agents that can add me to mls distribution list. Any insight would be appreciated. I am willing to travel for prospective homes

Only problem, out of state investors who cannot buy a 500K house where they are, only wants to buy 5K house in Baltimore then problem starts. Spend 120k and there will be no boarded house in the block.
