Unfortunately, the stock market is a breeding ground for panic and may trigger sell offs, panic, and losses for investment and retirement accounts.

That will happen for several months to years, depending on the breed.  

Pure cosmetic flips these days are a rare breed.

Just depends on your luck and screening process but usually in ruffer areas usually breed ruffer tenants. 

I don't want to start another pitbull thread on here since there's already 50000 posts about them, but IMO it doesn't matter the breed; it's more the fact that they were sneaky about it.
