@Jay Hinrichs It's truly shocking...

All of the lenders in the area say they are shocked at how low of a price we got the contract for.

Recently on Fivver I have been shocked and hopefully amazed at the range of services that will actually help grow my business very quickly with the if I handle the  project management focus.  

I have been able on some stuff to go direct to manufacturer. people I mentor do same thing they are shocked how much more goes in their pocket.

I'll give you my .02 cents but don't believe a word I say (shocking isn't it!).

In keeping up with my score on Credit Karma, yesterday I had the shock of my life ... my score dropped down to 634 within the past 2 weeks :(  I let a cell phone bill of $98 hit my credit report, which I believe caused the dive (paid it off yesterday). 

Doesn't that sound shocking?!

This was a huge shock because no where was it advertised to me as a condo, it was listed as a townhouse and all other documents I had seen listed it as a townhouse.

As you are a licensed agent I'm truly shocked at your level of confusion on how this industry works.
