@Matt Darak If the lease doesn’t address it, then he’d be breaking the lease if he left prior to fulfilling the 12 months he agreed to.

I focused on helping investors in my last market and I found that very fulfilling.

I'm sure this topic has been covered a thousand times before, but wanted to refresh the topic.The way we operate we require a standard 12 month lease on move in and our leases all automatically convert to month-to-month leases at the one year mark once this 12 month term is fulfilled.

Just a fulfillment warehouse?

I would like to know if it is possible for a married couple to each get an FHA loan for 2 separate multifamily properties - the husband lives in one and the wife lives in the other for one year until that requirement is fulfilled.

So I have fulfilled all my VA obligations on my current duplex and I am pre approved for another home purchase.
