I recently bought a commercial condo (retail) and have been going through hoops with the seller (developer) to make changes to make the space ADA compliant. 

Am I getting greedy to ask for an additional seller credit at closing to help offset some of repairs needed?

There is no one size fits all answer for this question, market to market, and property to property are all different. 

In high barrier markets, rents have gotten stronger but not the double digit growth we had seen, which was an anomaly.  

They may favor buyers who demonstrate a willingness to use the property in a way that aligns with their values.Pricing: Non-profits might prioritize achieving fair market value, as they have fiduciary duties to maximize value for their mission.

Investing in real estate in actually starting, managing, and marketing a company. 

I would add that SFH airbnb market here is saturated BUT I believe there is still a robust market for larger homes for family gatherings and events.

Those states could be nearby in your market area.  

Any taxes not owed, a seller merely file a tax return with the state, just like any other tax returns filed for extra taxes a government has with held. 

So they used the actual rented data of these companies to compare what rentals should go for in your market.
