I've been buying and renting here since 2009, the deals are hard to find these days but definitely out there!

and I also rent to voucher holders in the Milwaukee market. 

The main house is original (this place was built in 1924, very cool) and we rent it for $1,650/month.

In total, including money lost from rent, legal fees, and repairs, the situation cost almost $30k.

The property, though is not beach front, nor does it has ocean view, is just a short drive from some of the best beaches in the west, which are great for surfing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving.In the 1.21 acres there is a main single family home (4 br) which was divided in two sections one of which is being rented.

Does anyone know of a service where an STR co-host fields any call from the guest 24/7 and charges a flat monthly fee instead of 15% to 20% of my rent?
