I set my rent standards a little high and realized that rent is actually not that high.. we have a morgage on it and it looks like the house is selling for more than we originally paid 4 years ago.

Personally too, I look for the best quality and always provide that to all my clients.

Even if usury wasn't an issue, I think the note version would be:"When I really start to break it down,I wouldn′t trust a payor who agreed to that high of a rate."

I do have a fairly high percentage of my net worth (35%) in the PPR fund.
