You were scared and probably had analysis paralysis, but your post is half acceptance of your own failure and half blaming the market.

Moreover, I filter horrible guests from Airbnb so it is a win-win :)Your post is so stupid .  

The markets you mentioned in your initial post in this thread are great markets, but they're all heavy on appreciation and light on cash flow.
