All our postcards are sent Standard Bulk Rate and that is typical to add that line b/c the PO does not want to deal with returns on that bulk rate mail.

I know I have a great lead when people call and repeat lines from the postcard - over time, you can tell what resonates with people and gets them to call...As far as the MEDIUM - the 2 best producers are pay-per-click and direct mail to owners with equity....

With my renters, less than 5% come from CL...the rest are from other sources.If you're going to keep doing this, get with a great local printer and have a nice postcard size marketing piece done...front & back.
