As far as the business card is concerned, to me personally I think having both things on one business card is acceptable .  

It's a lot of work upfront but once the team and systems are established it gets easier and as you get better you can expand to another city. 

This isn't something I've been able to keep up with personally, so I hire property managers who rely on legal counsel to keep up with it.

Personal money How did you add value to the deal?

Non stop action taking and never giving up plus always making sure we give our absolute best to clients and always reply never making anyone wait and go to a competitor :)  I have Ads, I have a lot of social media posts and updates on all social media platforms daily. 

That could work if you find the right person.

I try not to let it get personal...there are some members that have been 'inappropriate' in the past, but I will still give them a vote if their post actually deserves it
