I was lucky in that I was a little more bold and daring than the average person.Do your research, and if it seems good, just go for it, don't stall or wait.

Depending on your operations I would be as daring to say your going to find failure is a harder task to achieve in Richfield than many locations, and this is due to it's location in relation to the overall TC metro, neighboring cities, and the numbers of it all for population density and the mix of persons and properties across all spectrums.
