Like I said, I'm not a market expert but you have to ask yourself if wages have gone up to keep with the pace. 

Literally by definition you cannot invest without having money. so I would suggest, as everyone else has, go make those cold calls, get dirty, or be okay with a slower paced investment process.

In some states, there are C-PACE programs which can roll the installation cost into property assessments and amortize it over the long run.

My assumption is that you would need your rental income to at least keep pace with the inflation as this will likely drive your expense percentage increase. 

I could enter land investing at my own pace starting with less than 10k. 3) I literally had over 50 business ideas I wanted to try next.

However, the Verizon rep did warn us that if internet service is slow in our area (which in general it is), that other households may also rely on LTE hotspots as their main internet source and this may slow down service all around :(  I guess this is a temp. solution until we get Comcast internet installed (or AT&T internet improves from a current snails-pace of 3 megabytes per second).

I have been successful in moving up the corporate ladder but my income seems to be topping out at a more rapid pace than my promotions. 

If you want to be proactive, set up an access panel from the get-go so that when something breaks a plumber isn't rushing around with creating an access point, since you have a panel that was set up at a leisurely pace X years prior (no guarantee that your plumber will be all that great at putting siding back).

Yes it has 3x in record pace, but unlike most the market I think this market still got a lot of upside.
