If you are risk adverse real estate, (especially out of state) is not for you.

The tenants policy will respond for you, so as not to adversely affect your policy, in most cases.

This is difficult to overcome in my screening process.The middle type of debt that hurts but doesn't kill are consumer credit. 

If you hit a speed bump I’m confident you can overcome it from your statements.

Overcoming fear of the first sale and calls etc.

Everyone has done it differently and in my opinion the folks that post the most on the forums are the ones the success has followed a more solid and strategic path... get a high paying job, cut costs, save, etc... all of these are good things, but for some the hill looks too big to overcome. 

As I grew, i discovered there were certain limitations with Buildium that were difficult to overcome.

Im hoping to get some creative answers on how to overcome this scenario.My scenario is a little unique, as I currently have been renting out my primary residence part time on Airbnb for the last 1 year of 4 months bringing in 3,000 a month conservatively($4,500 this month, which is a record for me).
