I am doing this with a degree in Civil Engineering.I am interested in real estate and would like to learn from someone with experience acquiring assets. 

I graduated from college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.

It also states that operating as a broker without a license is a third degree felony. 

I was there for three years getting my law degree from the U.

I also went to college (not that is mandatory) and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I found out that I was qualified to take a test and get a real estate broker license, so I took the test and got the license.

To some degree I'm encountering a similar situation: having a real estate license and finding a broker that will permit me to wholesale real estate.

I have 2 associates degrees, Computer Science and Business Management, and she is nearing retirement from Baptist as a Floor Supervisor ARN.
