I am new to (actively) using BP, and I am looking for someone in the Charlotte area who could use some assistance in their real estate investing to in return help mentor a newbie (me), as I hope to start learning more in a hands-on way!

My previous boss and mentor had two studio apartments that were sitting vacant for a long time.

A GOOD agent (or a good consultant/mentor I suppose but much less common) is the MVP of the team.

How can we get a mentor?

Also find a mentor that is already doing it for a while or a Realtor who is investor friendly and also owns rentals. 

Eventually Carleton became his mentor and friend and helped him lay the ground work for where he is today.

While I have gained substantial knowledge from books and podcasts, I am now seeking a mentor in the area to guide us through this journey.

This legislative session introduced a lot of changes besides this one.

I have already connected with a few mentors and got connected with the option to become a commercial or residential real estate agent with solid firms (crye leike / cushman & wakefield) and mentors if I am interested..
