I would give them at least 5 days for a response.. your not going to get them to make an irrational rush decission because your a quick cash offer.

I am not accustomed to posting personal information but it may help and it piggybacks off David's post above.I do not have time to follow the stock market as much as I would like and even when I did when I was younger, I found it irrational, unpredictable and out of my control.  

But I also don't like to be limited by irrational fears/concerns either.

But I guess like a lot of other things we tend to procrastinate on, it's rarely the difficulty of the task that keeps us from executing - it's the emotional/irrational fear of xyz that keeps us from taking the first few steps!
