@Darius Ogloza not Alameda county, but yes the DA is involved.

I got a notification from the DA and nothing from management .  

I explained to them did you know you just signed your house away and of course they did not.. they gave me the ladys number I told her you get to the court house and deed it back by tomorrow at 12 or I am calling the DA and filing charges.. 

But I will make contact with the local DA late in week (thinking Thursday).

That puts the buyer in a position of not having the required LTV and can kill the deal, then you have a ticked buyer and you designed the deal, here come's da judge.
