I know that in the past all held security deposits needed to be stored in their own dedicated TRUST bank account in Missouri.

Once I have the blue prints I am going to purchase all the finishes and store them in my warehouse.  

I think maybe that’s right though because I had a store credit card and they closed it due to me not using it and I don’t recall it dinging my credit.

If not you can get one off the internet or any smart phone App Store. 

I have thought about getting a card through a box store like Home Depot but don't want to be limited to the benefits of just one store, as I buy multiple materials from many different vendors.

After you have their store card, when you can put together a significant order of materials go to the pro-desk.

My 2 favorite stores, Lowe's and Home Depot frequently have 3-4% cash back promos so it starts to add up pretty quick. 

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

They sell the fitting at the big box stores, and anyone can do some basic plumbing.
